Lovely little hotel located in a nice quiet area just next door to Prague Castle. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Charles Bridge.

Romantic hotel with lovely friendly staff at the reception desk and very good Wi-Fi. Location so close to the Charle's bridge. Also, on # 22 tram stops at upper entrance.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean with amazing friendly and efficient staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was extensive and had a wide range of options — hot waffles, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The location was ideal and stunning, in a calm street close to all the embassies.

Very nice hotel at a great location.Centrally located between all the sights of Prague and also the Ujezd which is the best place to eat and drink at reasonable prices as compared to the touristy areas. BEing very close to the sights , it still is located in a quiet place which is a big positive. Very polite staff and appreciate the fact that they had arranged a nice bottle of wine and fruit plate for our 1st wedding anniversary. Once again Best Western quality with value for money price! Also, station just 5 stops by tram.
Small point but breakfast could do with some more variety. And although tea and coffee was got to the romm complimentary, still would be nice to have a tea set in the room.

The staff at the hotel was incredible, and the views of the castle were nice. The location was very central, close to a modern art gallery, local supermarkets, and restaurants. They recommended a nice restaurant with a great selection of good value options.

There was no tea coffee making in the room. The water offered in the room was expensive. Hotel reception staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming.

This hotel was fabulous, with accommodating service and stunning location right near the river. The staff was welcoming and really good, made our stay a really nice experience. The vibe here was elegant. We could park on-site.
